Public Water Supply District 1 of DeKalb County Missouri offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Pay Online

We are pleased offer the convenience of accepting credit cards online. Simply click the "Pay Your Bill Now" button located to the right and bottom of the screen to be redirected to our secure bill payment portal . We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

The Resident Portal: https://pwsd1.starnik.net/rp_default.aspx  You will need your security code to initially log into your Resident Portal account.  The security code will be on your next bill or you are welcome to call the office and we can provide you with your security code.  A confirmation code will be sent to the email address you provide.  Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive the security code in your mailbox.

The processing fee for each debit/credit card transaction is 3% (with a minimum of $ 3.00).

The processing fee for each eCheck is $ 2.00.

** ALL AUTO BANK / CREDIT CARD DRAFTS COME OUT THE 10TH OF EACH MONTH **

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least seven-ten business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check. Note: The drafts come out of your account the 10th of each month. Please have the bank draft forms to the office by the 1st of the month to be drafted on the 10th.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept credit cards, cash, check, or money orders.   After hours, we have a drop box on the right side of the front door.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
